When purchasing any service with Infused Hosting, the customer automatically agrees to our terms or service. Our terms of service is designed to help maintain a reliable service and ensure other customers data is not at risk. This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Infused hosting and you ("Customer," “you” or “your”) that shall govern the purchase and use, in any manner, of the services provided by Infused Hosting to Customer (collectively, the "Services").
Infused Hosting reserve the right to modify its hosting packages and pricing at any time during your service. We will review our packages and pricing every 6 months to ensure we provide the most reliable service at the best price. SSD storage costs per 10GB is charged as £2.00 /10GB per month.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the service you are getting. We will refund you 100% of the cost within the first 30 days. Our money back guarantee is only applicable to the following services: Website Hosting, Reseller Hosting and Virtual Servers. The business package bundled with a free .co.uk domain is not included within the 30 day money back guarantee. Any other services including domains and dedicated servers do not qualify for this guarantee. In the unlikely event that your service breaches our terms and conditions, Infused Hosting reserves the right to decline a request for money back at any point.
Reliable Website Hosting is a key focus here at Infused Hosting. This is why we guarantee that your website will be online for at least 99.9% of the time. If your services do drop below 99.9% uptime, you may claim a partial refund based on how much downtime your service is affected by. The refund rate is based on the following uptime calculation: 99.8%-95% (20% refund), 94%-80% (40% refund) and below 80% (100% refund). To claim a refund, open a support ticket to the billing department, please note we monitor your services 24/7 using UptimeRobot (Statistics Here) and will not refund using other external monitoring systems.
InfusedHosting provide daily, weekly and monthly backups for all of our web hosting and reseller hosting plans. Although we offer a full backup solution, we cannot guarantee that all backups will be successful and that we are able to provide or restore your backup at all times. You as the customer also have the responsibility to backup your own website to reduce the risk of data loss. InfusedHosting cannot be held responsible for any data loss caused by missed backups, corrupted backups or if you the customer don't take your own backups.
Although we aim to provide you 24/7 ticket support, there may be times where you will experience limited and delayed support. Support will be reduced over bank holidays, religious events and other days that Infused Hosting may announce. Usual support response is within 12 hours but on limited support days this may increase to 24-48 hours.
We don't believe in late payments which is why we allow you up to 45 days after your due date to make payment for any service. Your service will be suspended 3 days after your due date and will be automatically unsuspended once payment has been received. We will keep your files for up to 45 days after your due date and if no payment is made we reserve the right to terminate your service removing all files from our server. It is strongly suggested that if you are planning on changing host or are unable to make payment for a specific month to contact our support team in which arrangements can be made to keep your website safe. Our automated termination process works on a 45 day cycle meaning all services that have been overdue for 45 days will be terminated.
If for any reason we do cancel your account, you will be given 7 days notice to remove your files from our server. Once the 7 days are up, your account will be terminated and no files will be recoverable.
Our servers are monitored and protected with CloudStats. Each customer is required to utilize as little server resources as possible, this is to allow for reasonable performance by all Infused Hosting customers. Because server CPU and memory are shared resources, excessive consumption of these resources can interfere with or completely prevent normal service performance for other users. Infused Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services on any account that, at its sole discretion, is abusing server resources. Such suspension or termination can occur at any time without prior warning, and for any or no reason.
Our shared and Reseller plans are enforced by the following limitations:
10% CPU Usage
5% Memory Usage or 512 MB Memory
50 Running Processes
15 Minute Max Execution Time
150,000 Total Inodes
500 outgoing email messages per 60 minute period (all excess messages will be discarded and not delivered)
Our Virtual Server plans are enforced by the following limitations:
Max 75% CPU speed per pyshical core
Max 90% CPU usage over a 2 hour period
1000 connections
Network speeds monitored over 2 hour periods
Maximum load values = Amount of cores x 4
(Example 2 core maximum server load = 8.0 over 15 minutes)
If your virtual server is found to be using excessive resources over a 15-30 minute period, your server will be automatically suspended.
Repeated virtual server suspenion due to breaching resource limits will result in service termination.
All virtual servers provided by InfusedHosting are required to have our cloud monitoring agent installed and active at all times. The agent is lightweight and allows us to continuously monitor your server for optimum performance and troubleshooting. The cloud monitoring agent is called cloudstats-agent.
Removal of this agent will result in server suspension until the agent is reinstalled and connected to our monitoring platform.
Our servers are currently located in the UK, England (Warrington) which is ideal for UK, France, Benelux, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Sweden, Poland and the rest of the world. Server location in the UK and USA are coming soon.
You shall use Infused Hosting's services only for lawful purposes. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of the laws of the United Kindom is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material that is threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secrets or other statutes. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infused Hosting from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages you or any other party.
Infused Hosting reserves the right to terminate Services for any customer or End User activity that exposes it to legal liability or endangers its ability to provide services to other customers. The contents, links, or actions on any Services listed below are a violation of this Agreement.
